The airport has hosted numerous, beautiful art displays positioned throughout the facility, each reflecting a unique tie to our region. A new display is now in place showcasing the scientific technology of our community.
Pacific Northwest National Laboratory recently installed “Science as Art” for 2023. This well-received community project provides an artistic view on local science.
Twenty-five striking images were chosen by PNNL researchers and communications professionals to be placed on posters of varying sizes for the three display areas.
So next time you are out at the airport, allow time to view these new art installations.
